It is suitable for freezing (potato chips, rice dumpling), granulated sugar, rock sugar, seeds, melon seeds, pistachios, peanuts, nuts, prunes, almonds, raisins, chocolate, potato chips, crisps, puffed food, crystal monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, hardware and other solid materials in granular, blocky, strip, spherical and irregular shapes.

1. Fully automatic completion of all production processes including feeding, automatic bag picking, coding, bag opening, quantitative filling, heat sealing, and finished product output.
2. The intelligent combination scale adopts advanced PLC and POD (touch screen) operation interface, which is easy to operate, has high precision, fast speed, and stable performance.
3. Automatic detection function: If the bag is not opened or opened incompletely, no feeding or heat sealing is required. The bag can be reused and waste can be avoided, saving production costs for users.
4. Adjusting the bag width is controlled by a motor. Press and hold the control button to adjust the width of each group of machine clamps, which is easy to operate and saves time.
5. Safety device: When the working pressure is abnormal or the heating tube malfunctions, an alarm prompt will be triggered.
